Pretty chill club with great dancers and a smooth vibe.
Was in London for some work last week and decided to visit this club as this was within a walking distance from my hotel. I know there are more "happening" venues in Central London but I wasn't in the mood for such clubs.
So the entry to the Griffin is not very discreet as it is on a very busy road with a lot of pedestrians. The entry guard was friendly. He guessed from my accent that I'm not from the UK and explained the rules of the club before letting me in. The entry is free.
Once you enter, the bar is to the left and the stage and the DJ are to the right. The dancers were very chatty and friendly with the DJ, and it was sort of wholesome to see. The private lap dance area is also to the left next to the bar. Overall the place is kinda small, with maybe a total of 15 tables. It was not glamorous or upscale but everything was clean and tidy. It also felt like a safe setting and I had no worries about being robbed/mugged.
