Slowish Friday Early Afternoon

I visited this place on a Friday afternoon, around 12 or 1 pm and didn’t pay any cover. I’d been here many years ago but during the evening, so expected a little more liveliness than it turned out to be. There were 3 stages and appeared as if the stage dancer moved from one stage to the next to the next before walking around looking for customers to dance with.

On this trip there were 7-8 dancers working, spread out around the club - a couple talking to what appeared to be their regulars at the side, a couple hanging out at the bar at the back, a couple walking the floor approaching people, and maybe 1 rotating stages each song. They were an equal mix of white, Latin, and black girls, at least from what I could tell - the place was fairly dark and I only talked to 2 girls.

I set up at the bar and ordered a beer from a pleasant (and easy on the eye) bartender. I was kind of scoping what the club had to offer but at the time I went, it didn’t feel like much. After 10 min, one of the dancers approached me asking for a dance. She was Latina from Mexico, just across the AZ border. I politely declined as she was not my type. I sat around waiting for the next 10 min, before being approached by a petite blonde girl. She was maybe a 7/10 but easily one of the better ones on shift at that time. Friendly, chatty, and claimed to be British. After a little small talk, she asked to go to the back, which I obliged. She was much shorter without heels and very friendly. She waited for the song to finish before starting her show. After the first song, mileage increased slightly but as always YMMV. Nothing explicit really to share in the 4 songs we did. I ended up paying $30/song, was asked for a tip, which I gave and left. The whole experience was probably an hour altogether. The dancer I had definitely was an improvement over to what was a fairly dull afternoon but I still don’t think I’d return midweek afternoon.
