Not what it used to be

It's been a year since I've been here and I was in town so I thought I'd give it a go to the old stomping grounds. Arrived here on a Wednesday night at around 8:30PM. Cover fee was $5, an ID check and a quick security pat down. A domestic beer was $8, I think it used to be $6 at night a year or two ago, but whatever. This club is a large rectangle with an 80's interior vibe to it.

There were roughly around 20 girls working at the time. Mostly Latinas with the very few white girls roaming around. It was decently busy for a Wednesday night at 8:30PM. I sat down and within minutes was approached by a dancer named Baby. We chatted and after 5 minutes, she just got on top of me and did a $15 or 20 dollar floor dance on me. I don't recall agreeing to it but just went along with it. I then tried to touch her ass and she said, "no touching out here", but was slightly confused as I saw other guys touch other dancers out on the floor. And it clicked, oh - this is a HER thing. After the dance was over, I paid her dues and sent her on her way.

I recall floor dances being $10. But I guess tough times calls for increased prices, inflation huh. Anyways, a few more dancers approached me and I did three VIP champagne room dances with three different dancers (forget their names), but one was a white girl in her 20's , second was a latina in her 20's, and third was with a half latina/half asian in her 30's. And this I know for sure, they definitely raised the lap dance prices as the average quote for a LD was $40 per song. Some quoted even $45, I was like damn - they are taxing here big time. The average quote a year or two ago was $25 - 35 tops per song. And, the lap dances were just simply ok. Paid $40 per song plus $10 tip, so really $50 per song...
