Started to enforce the one drink per hour rule

Was getting out of an event from the forum and decided to head there since it's been months since I last visited. Free parking and they had someone patting people down and checking IDs for some reason. $20 Entry or $15 with the label that they attach on their water bottles. Sit down and the waitress comes and takes your order but was kind of weird seeing the place be kinda empty for a Friday night more girls then guys. DJ calls all the dancers on the stage to run the $40 for two lap dances and he did it once every hour which was also odd. As I'm entering the second hour I get told by the waitress that I have to get another drink or I have to head out which I obliged and bought another one but not even thirty minutes later was asked to get another drink like? It would be one thing if I wasn't tipping and it was full but it was empty and was one of the few people actually throwing money on stage.
