2nd best club this trip, best day club in the city

When I go to Phoenix for work, I usually spend most of my time here. This go around was a bit of let down from my previous visits. It's still one of my favorite clubs by far across the country (2nd best in PHX this trip). The overall girl average was step behind and so was the service.

As the title of my review says, Hi-Liter is at its strongest in the mid-afternoon, like 2-5 pm. By this time, most of the girls are here, the old white dude regulars hogging all the action left after lunch, you still get the 2-for-1 drinks, and there's more variety of girls (night is seemingly more latinas). I also think girls are hotter during the day shift.

No cover during day, and $10 cover at night. Most of the time ID check has no ID scan, but I think they saw my group enough times that they didn't even bother. We tip the day bouncer $4-5. Private dances are $30 and on the floor is $10. Most of the time, no boob touching on the floor, but a lot of times, no one is checking (as opposed to last visit then it was strictly enforced with shouting). After 10, dances are $40 and unless you know exactly what you're getting, it's not worth it. The $10 dance on the floor is a great way to try out the dancer, but about 15% wouldn't do floor dances. About 75% of those were not great in the back and it was one and done.
