Spotted cat on a thursday evening

I was coming into town for a duck hunt. I decided to kill a couple hours watching the thursday night football game at the spotted cat. I have been here many times before but not in over a year.

I arrived around 730 as shift change was starting. Parking is free and lot is full of pot holes. Be careful walking up in the dark. The building has no sign that says what it is. A hurricane ripped the old sign down years ago and was never replaced. Security guy does a light wand outside before you walk in. Once inside you pay a $15 cover before you can enter. Lay out hasn't changed. As you walk in there is a bar to your right and the elevated vip area is to your left. Its $20 for a wrist band to access it. Its dark with little cubbies that faces the room. Its not super private. Across from the entrance is the main stage which had alot of Christmas decorations. There is a satellite stage in front of vip area. Your standard strip club tables and chairs were everywhere. The place is clean and there is a troll in the bathroom who keeps that clean as well. He is a part time stand up comedian. He trys his jokes while your draining the lizard.

As I walk in there were 7 dancers and 5 PLs. Every time I have been there the crowd has been a mix of Mexican workers, pretend thug Edgars, and middle class white guys. Its a good mid tier club and probably the safest in corpus. There is a drink special almost every night. It was $5 you call its until 10pm on a thursday. Even when not on special the drinks are not to expensive either. You can by a bottle for $300 and that will give you access to the private room next to the main stage. I have been in there 2 or 3 times. Leather couches, tvs, and blinds that close. There are also cameras in there.
