DV8 - a PDX staple

Stopped at a PDX strip club staple, DV8, on a rainy (I mean it’s PDX after all) saturday afternoon. The place is a non descript brick building painted mostly purple. You can see the building off of Powell but the parking and entrance is in the rear. Parking lot is small but typically I’ve always found a spot. In the rare occurrence the lot is full I normally find a nearby street parking spot.

Entering the building it’s relatively dingy but in a comfy dive bar kinda way. Sometime security will ask for ID but most of the time they are just friendly and say hello. There is no cover charge.

The “main” room has a bar with maybe 10-15 stools. Dancers will mingle at the bar and are happy to chat for a bit. The rest of the main room has tables and booths, a main stage/pit, and a secondary smaller stage/pit.
