Definite improvements noticed

CB continues to be my favorite place in Las Vegas. It's a divey bar that's a little bit out of the way that really delivers. No pretense about it The but the value continues to be there. Generally I go afternoons only, the place gets way too busy and way too smoky for me after 9:00 PM or so.

This is an unassuming small stand alone building in North Las Vegas that's definitely seen better days. Cover is only $5 and that's only after 4:00 PM. Prior to 4:00 PM there's no cover at all. You may get a pat down once the cover starts but even that's not guaranteed.

Parking is plentiful with the north side of the building being a bit more rustic and much bigger. For those not driving themselves be prepared to have your taxi or Uber driver suggest someplace else. Chicas does not pay spiffs to cabbies like most of the high end clubs. Most of the clubs in Las Vegas with high covers have those high covers because they can pay as much as $50 or more per person to a taxi or Uber who brings clients to them. Obviously that's going to affect your entry fees. If you're using Uber and want to cover your tracks a bit have them drop you at Jerry's Nugget Casino, it is directly across the street from Chicas and they actually have a decent coffee shop if you're feeling hungry.
