Words Alone Are Not Enough

So a few weeks ago I decided to give this dump another chance, hoping maybe things have gotten better. Pulling in the parking lot is basically in the same as it always has been, a dirt parking lot with some rotting railroad ties laid down showing you where to park. When I arrived there were a few cars in the lot. I assumed that maybe there would be a few dancers and customers inside so I went on in.

I think the place is BYOB...it probably is but I do not drink.

Cover was $10. Looking around I did notice a few improvements. The stage is now covered with flooring and has tin roof skirting around it...an improvement over the previous 2x4s and plywood. The stage is fairly large for the size of the place. Also noticed that a new sound system was installed and some additional decorations. The rest of the place is still a disaster. A bare concrete floor, very old tables and chairs and junk piled near the walls. I did not check out the restrooms thinking that if I needed to, I would be better off picking one of the trees outside. In the back there are two booth like tables where it looks like the dancers spread out their snacks and so on. Small improvements aside the place is a disaster.
