Keep in mind you are not in South Florida

I visit a lot of clubs each month across the country and rarely find the time to write reviews for each one. Occasionally, however, I come across a club that hasn’t had a thorough review in a while and deserves some attention. Satin Dolls in Boise is one of those clubs.

I firmly believe you should never dismiss a city or a club based solely on reputation or assumptions. Yes, Boise doesn’t have as many strip clubs as Portland and isn’t known for in-club extras like South Florida, but I was in town for the night and decided it was worth seeing what kind of experience the city had to offer.

I arrived at the club around 8:30 p.m. and saw a sign indicating it didn’t open until 9:00. I drove over to Spearmint Rhino a couple of miles away to pass the time, then returned shortly before 10:00 p.m. At that point, the club was still fairly quiet.
