First visit - will test my luck again

First time visiting this location - wanted to watch the Sunday night NFL game and have some fun, and thus decided to visit Torpedo's. I got there around 10 PM and street parking was easy to find. Once I enter the place, I see the pool table on the left and a couple of guys were playing pool, there are a few tables around it and strippers were chatting with guys. On the right, there is a bar and a stage where 2-3 dancers are dancing at any time. I take a seat at an empty spot where I get a good view of the stage and the game. Most girls were Latina, with one white and one black stripper - Latinas varied in age from 20s to 40s.

The bartender asks what I would like for a drink, and I ask for water ($4). There is a constant dollar parade - after they are done, each girl will come twice requesting a dollar, and several girls insisted on sticking a dollar bill in their bra. It seems like the quality of lap dance relates to how much roaming is available during the dollar parade. Also, the dollar parade can get expensive if you are sitting there for a couple of hours. During dollar parade, several girls asked if I would be interested in a dance - $20 per song, and VIP is $100 for 15 mins.

My initial thought was to take a couple of dances before trying VIP. However, a Latina girl in her 30s wearing a sexy white thong came for a dance and I was enticed by her curves. She came for a dollar parade after her dance, and seemed like fun and asked if I wanted a dance. I asked her to come by - she obliges but says her English is limited but I could have fun in VIP. Little head starts thinking and I agree.
