My fault for going Saturday night

This is an elegant old building, they say a former library (at least it has bookcases along the wall at the bar).

There are two stages with customer seating in between. There is a lot of club lighting, strobe, loud music and ridiculously heavy bass. It’s a party vibe in this club. Customers seemed rowdy, and many looked young and dumb. One guy was filming some kind of til tok of him yelling at the screen and flashing cash while the stage was visible behind him. Bouncer asked him to stop but I think he pulled the same thing again a little later. They have Halloween decorations including giant skeletons up.

Cover was $10. Drinks range from $10-$15. Food is cheap. I thought the stage sets were meh. It’s much more geared to girls pitching you dances. Individual dances now range from $20-$40 for what the girls quote you. VIP is $150 for three songs (plus two free drinks) $400 for half hour. $650 for an hour. I ate, tipped the stage, and left soon after. There were a couple cute girls I did individual dances with but no one stood out. The hottest ones were busy with other PLs. Everyone was nice enough, and they’ve got a really hot bartender. Maybe I’ll try the dayshift next time or at least earlier in the night.
