Friday afternoon visit

I've reviewed Mavericks before but I had never been there during the day. This place opens at noon on Fridays which is cool, and the only place anywhere near here open during the day.

I came in at 2pm, glad I had my truck, the gravel parking lot needs some work! Walked through a metal detector immediately as I walked in the door. To the left is a bar that had one mature blond stripper who said hello to me. Straight ahead were pool tables, to the left were the bathroom and stage. Lots of tables to sit down if you chose to. I had to go to the bathroom, there were only 3 other strippers in the place at the time. These 3 were Cuban and very aggressively trying to grab me to go get a dance. I gave the old "maybe in a little bit", went to the bathroom and back to the bar.

Bottled water was 4 dollars. They had some kind of soup they were selling, I wouldn't eat here if I were starving. I stood and talked with the blond stripper at the bar and the bar tender. Both were very cool and we just had normal conversation. I asked how the dances worked and she said for her it was 100 for 4 songs, full touch. Sold.
