Still good value but don't expect extras
The main thing I will emphasize is that security has been beefed up A LOT since the shooting last year. I paid the parking attendant and parked in the rear parking which is cheaper than the front. Then I walked towards the door, but outside, they had armed security search you and you put your items into a bin like airport TSA, then you walk through a metal detector. After that you collect your items and then go through another metal detector and another search...before you get to the payment window on the left hand side. I paid the cover and then walked in. Went straight to the restroom and then ventured back into the club. Once you enter, there's a smaller room with a long bar and chairs/tables for dances....then you can make another left into the main area which is massive. That also has a super long bar...probably the longest you've ever seen, and then a large stage. In the front are the VIP seating area, which is I think $10 or $20 extra depending on the day and time. I usually just sit in the back area for the regular folks. Dances are usually $5 but on this night a lot of ladies said it's $10. Has there been a change in policy? The dance contact was the usual level...lots of mileage but not vivide-level. Dancers are about 95% black and 5% hispanic. Didn't see any white dancers. I stayed for a couple of hours and the crowd increased. I think the new increased security measures have made people more comfortable here, and the club looks like it's making a lot of money again. I'll be back at a more quiet time where I can have my pick of the dancers.
