How do girls make money hiding all night

Stopped in to visit BG on a Thursday night. It had been a while and after stopping at the Lumberyard (which only had 4 girls working), I thought i would try it. I believe cover was $15 to get in, but i was a little distracted with a little hot dancer who was trying to cash in her singles in front of me. She goes by Sparkle, and was by far the best dancer in the club for the night. There were 10 dancers that night.

Since certain people seen to care, the layout is one long stage, a couple of pool tables in the back, a dj both, and a bar (it is an old bar as nothing is served there). When dancers are not on stage, they mostly seem to sit at the bar or in the dressing room. 1 or 2 would shit with a customer (guessing a regular), but rarely did i see any go back for lap dances.

On this particular night, I was hoping to get a dance with Sparkle. I saw her when I first walked in, but then she disappeared to the back. I thought she would eventually come out again, but she never did until her next turn on the stage (over 1 hour later). After that, she went back to the dressing room again (I left 30 minutes later and she did not come out).
