Sunday night visit for the stage shows
I visited Babes Showgirls (formerly Déjà Vu) on a Sunday night around 10pm. I decided to check the place out before heading into nearby Gold Club Centerfolds. I've been told the place is now owned and managed by the same management as HQ Sacramento. The place opens at 9pm and stays open until 3am or 4am (Friday, Saturday). The club is located a few minutes away from Gold Club Centerfolds and is not far off the main road. The club is easily visible from the street with ample free parking with decent lighting on the lot that makes it feel somewhat secure. It helps that there was a bouncer near the entrance that also oversees the parking lot. Stepping inside the club, you’ll be greeted to pay the cover fee (I think it was $20) and required to have your ID scanned. I was told it was kept in their systems for 30 days and then purged. The layout inside the club looks almost exactly like it was when it was Déjà Vu. There is an oval main stage in the center of the lobby floor with two high poles going up to the ceiling. The stage is surrounded by tip rail seating. Around the room are scattered tables and chairs. The place looked generally cleaned and the bathrooms were well maintained. The music played at a moderate volume. There is a non-alcoholic bar area which was clean, but no food is served.
I only stopped by to check out the stage shows. I did not get any dances, so I do not know if the back area with curtained off rooms have changed from the Déjà Vu days. I also did not inquire about the VIP dances in the back, so I did not get any dance price info while I was there. The stage shows has good nice lighting and the seating to the stage is very close, which allows for a nice viewing experience. I came in early, so there were about 7-10 dancers with scattered customers around the room. The dancers rotated steadily on stage every couple of songs. Even with the limited line-up, the dancers were diverse, featuring White, Latina, and Black dancers. There were petite figures and some curvier ones as well, with ages spanning from 20s to mid-30s I would say. The girls ranged from solid 6s to a couple stand out 8s. I would say the line-up at nearby Gold Club Centerfolds features more attractive dancers. When I was sitting in the main room, the dancers approached the tables with a friendly demeaner and engaged in chit-chat and did not push too hard for dances right away. There were a few that were more direct, but they were polite and accepting when I declined. Overall, they seemed energetic and willing to work the stage based on the energy and tips that were shown on stage. Most of the dancers got fully nude on stage with enough stage and pole work to keep the tippers engaged.
I stayed for an hour just enjoying the stage shows and to get a general feel for this new place. Next time I’m there, I’ll try out the VIP dances in the back rooms. Overall, the place is great for stage viewing experience as the stage lighting is vastly better than Gold Club Centerfolds, and the seating is also closer so there are a lot more viewing pleasures to take in when sitting on stage.
