A Room with a Decent View

This club is like a bad habit I just can’t shake. Fun enough to keep coming back for more, but leaves the itch un-scratched.

Some pro-tips: the ATM fee is outrageous ($75 last time I went) so either bring a card that refunds ATM fees or get cash before going to the club. Cover is cheapest before 11 and varies wildly. I’ve paid as little as $10 and as much as $30 to get in. Also, the club charges 10% to buy $1’s, so again, make a stop at the bank before going if you don’t want to lose $10 out of every $100 you bring into the trip. The club is BYOB, so grab yourself something to sip on while there. They will sell you mixers but they are pricey.

My buddy was in town for a business trip and we decided to go out for a smash burger and some beers. Nashville is besieged by drunk bachelorette groups Thursday through Sunday, and my buddy got to flirting with some gals in pink cowboy hats and white boots. When they left for their party bus tour, he turned to me and said “we are going to the titter”. Despite reminding him of all the money grubbing tactics of Deja Vu, he insisted we go there.
