The money go round
Previous visits have been fun, but this was my first time seeing Toppers in full money-making mode. It's August, so UGA is back in session, and the place was full of college kids who seemed happy to spend whatever the dancers wanted to charge.
Arrived about 11pm, and admission was $10. There's no parking lot: you have to find street parking and walk to the club. $7 for a bottle of Modelo. There were about 15 dancers working during the 2 hours I was there. They rotate regularly onto the main stage. One dancer quoted me $500 for 30 minutes in the executive VIP rooms (which are behind curtains and are checked regularly by the bouncers). Another dancer quoted $650 When I balked at that, she said she would give me a discount if I promised not to tell the manager. Did not partake of that "deal".
The room with couches is now $20 to enter plus $30 per lapdance (it used to be $30 to get a wristband and 20 per song). There were no table dances going on: only lapdances, the executive rooms and the stage. They have installed video gambling machines in case you're looking for another way to give Toppers money.
