Overrated

I arrived a little after 11pm on a Friday night. Club is in an industrial area and a significant distance off the street. With the adjacent businesses closed, there was plenty of parking. My first thoughts taking in the building from the outside were “how can this be anything but a big, empty box?” The second thing that occurred to me walking in were the number and size of the security guards on the outside of the club. I paid the $35 cover and walked down a hall to enter the main space. I credit the club owners for how they took a big, empty box and created a club with some character. The main space has two stages: a “main” and “runway” stage. When I arrived the runway stage was inactive, but it was in use from midnight on. There is a bar on the right as you enter (no alcohol available) with the main stage beyond that. The runway stage is to the left and private rooms are at the back of the club. The club has lots of plushy chairs around the stages, the open floor area has small round tables with plushy chairs, and there are some plushy bench seats around the perimeter. The club is large and can accommodate hundreds of patrons. On this night there were 50-75. I ordered a water with ice (no cost) and found a seat.

The girls do two song sets, topless after one and nude after two. I think 30-40 girls were working and they continued to arrive even after midnight. The lineup has a healthy ethnicity mix. Most of the girls were white. Next most numerous where Latina, then black, then Asian. Once the runway stage was in play, the dancers would do their two songs on the main stage, get dressed and then queue up for the runway stage. The main space is well lit and there are numerous big screen TVs playing sports highlights. The TVs were a needed distraction since the majority of the dancers did not meet my taste, which is a pretty basic, traditional stripper look: thin, or at least petite. I estimated over 2/3 of the girls would be considered overweight on the BMI index. If you like big butts, and cannot lie, this may be your kind of place. Maybe they hire the dancers without seeing their bodies, because many had pretty faces… and a lot of junk in the trunk.

Once seated, the girls will inevitably visit and ask for a private dance. This is how the dancers make their dough and they get 100% of the money from these. The dancers set their own prices for the private rooms, and I was quoted prices as low as $40 for a single song up to a couple hundreds for some longer duration visits. They also did lots of “two-for-one” dance specials where they would also give away porn videos to patrons who take to the private rooms. Based on my conversations with about a dozen girls, nothing elicit happens in the private rooms and the dancers there are topless only.
