Somethings New, But Still the Same Ole'

Had been a while since I have been to Platinum West as I no longer live in SC. For awhile this spot was a weekly visit for me. I was on my way through Columbia for business so I figured I stop in and check things out on a Sunday evening.

As mentioned before the club is situated off an industrial park area near the airport. The parking lot is one of the largest you will see when it comes to most Gentleman's clubs. Upon entering you are always greeted by an attractive door girl as well as the alluring smell of tobacco which some may or may not like. This is one of the few clubs that I know that allow smoking.

One thing of note is that there is no cover fee if you have a hotel key to show to door girl. Upon entering club, one recent change that I noticed is that there is now about 5-6 chairs situated at the bar. Previously there were no chairs in site and you had to stand there. Don't know what drew this change but it is a plus. There looks to be some modifications going on with the flooring as well as there was carpet pulled up in certain sections on the floor. I grabbed a Coors light for about $3(happy hour prices) and had a seat.
