Just trying to catch up to Muddy

Arrived around 1PM to a wide open parking lot. Beware that there is road construction on both sides of Marietta Blvd. I think some of it has to due with building the belt line trail and some may be getting ready for the 16 story apartment building at 1283 Marietta Blvd.

Still $10 to park and $10 door fee. Once inside you get a mild pat down before passing through the metal detector. After that you proceed downstairs. The upstairs is usually only open at 3PM on Friday and Saturday. The air conditioning is working great. I’m old and need to bring a sweater with me when it’s 90 degrees outside.

Once I got down stairs and got a coke from the bar and took a seat in one of the booths that make up the entire down stairs. The fabric is getting pretty tattered. Time for another recovering. There were gigantic TV screens on two sides and several smaller ones spread around. Even in a couple of VIP rooms. There are 4 VIP cubicles down stairs and 4 upstairs that are blocked off with black curtains. Upstairs is preferred for more privacy but I have never had a problem with anyone bothering me in VIP.
