Novel, but largely "meh" experience

Topless carwash? Count me in.

The pure novelty of the topless carwash I came across as I was perusing the TUSCL listenings for clubs along the route I was taking on a recent 11-hour drive across the Southeast instantly piqued my interest. Incredibly, a Google search of this establishment unearthed a 1992 New York Times story about this very carwash — apparently the only topless carwash in the nation, at least three decades ago.

So, has it stood the test of time? It still exists, so there’s at least a decent number of PLs who want to experience an unusual take on a “strip club” and enjoy T&A in an unusual fashion. But, alas, other than it being a unique experience, I must report that the topless carwash was largely a bust.
