Pleasantly surprised

L & L North (or University as it is officially named) is located on a busy road, not hard to find and seems safe, at least during the day. Not all that impressive from the outside, adequate parking in front, on the side, or behind the building next door. The lot had more cars than I expected, and a number of Audis, BMW's, etc. Not sure if those were the dancers or the customers. You enter into a small vestibule, ID check by the bartender/manager and buzzed in. No cover during the day. The bartender asked me if I had been there before, and I said yes, but not for over a year. She showed me a price list for dances. Many options, but one dance is $30, 10 minutes are $100, 15 minutes are $150. I can't remember them all.

The bar is to the right and at 2:15 it was full with dancers and customers. I bought a coctail and I think it was $11 or $12. There are some tables and high tops scattered around, a stage or two, but the action was mostly at the bar. No one was dancing. I saw a dancer that I have met at another club and she quickly joined me and led me to a table.

The dancers were mostly caucasian, maybe one or two AA. I did not see any Cubans. I would say that there were 7 or 8. They ranged in age from early 20's to probably over 40. A variety of sizes, hair colors and shapes, but I would say something for everyone and a range of 5 - 7.
