A Slow Night at Christie’s Cabaret

I decided to check out Christie’s Cabaret for an early evening visit, figuring it might be a chill spot to unwind for a bit. First impressions were decent—the place was clean, and the lighting was dark but not too dark, so you could still see everything going on. The music was pretty loud, which made talking a little difficult, though that could’ve just been because of where I was sitting. One thing I noticed right away was that the songs were really short, which isn’t great if you’re paying for private dances. The overall vibe was quiet and low-energy, not exactly what I was hoping for.

There weren’t many dancers working—maybe five total—and most of them were just hanging out with each other instead of working the room. Only one dancer was actually talking to a customer, and the rest seemed content just sitting around. The lineup was mostly light-skinned dancers, probably white or Latina, with one Black dancer in the mix. Body types were thin but curvy enough to have something to grab onto. I ended up chatting with one dancer, and she was alright—nothing amazing, but friendly enough. I got a dance with her, hoping maybe that would get some of the other girls to stop by, but that didn’t happen. There were only about five customers in the whole place, and from what I saw, only one other guy besides me got any attention.

Prices weren’t bad, but they also didn’t feel worth it for the experience. Cover was $10 at 6:30 PM, which was fine. A bottle of water cost $6, which seemed a little high. Private dances were $25 per song, but the setup wasn’t great—it was in an open area where anyone could see. I personally prefer booths with high sides for a little more privacy, but here, if someone else was getting a dance, you could see everything happening. The dance itself was okay—she let me touch and even suck on her tits, but she didn’t roam at all, which made it feel a bit one-sided.
