Confirmed. Friday afternoon is best IMO.

The Millstream is the only local club that I visit, so this review will be somewhat repetitive. Generally speaking, the Millstream is a pleasant place. There are lap dances and private rooms, but hardcore mongers will likely not find the hardcore action they are looking for. It is what it is. And it can be a pleasant place to spend a few hours with pleasant company.

General details -

Located just West of Baltimore, near the eastern terminus of I-70. So for those of you driving in from Utah, go all the way to the end. Use GPS to take you the final mile since the place is kinda tucked in an out of the way spot. Parking lot on premises.
