A giant slice of heaven in Miami

I have been waiting to write a review for Tootsies for quite some time… Tootsies really holds a special place in my p…… I mean, heart!

In fact, my first attempt at writing a review for Tuscl was about my first visit to Tootsies but as some time had elapsed between the visit and the review- it was rejected.

For those familiar with my reviews, you will know that I am Australian but regularly travel to the US for work. I try to go at least twice a year.
