Mildly Stimulating Evening, at Times

My arrival was 9:30 pm and I stayed about an hour. Club is in Chinatown, 1 mile west of the Convention Center.

SETTING

Entry fee was $15, and then when you sit at the bar, mandatory beer or soda is $14. When you finish your drink the old lady bartender will ask you if you want a $14 refill. I said no, but I heard another customer get scolded for not having (2) drinks.

The space is small and fairly narrow. On the right, the dancers descend a stairway to the stage, which is about 5 feet behind the bar and has 1 pole. The only way to tip is to roll up your $1 and throw it hard so it lands on the stage and the dancer sees it. On the left, are 6 small red upholstered booths, each with a small table. Toward the front are an ATM, snack machine and TV. In back is the men's room and there's a large sofa-booth between the stage and men's room that could accommodate maybe 4 guys getting dances at once.
