Saturday night, waste of a cover charge

Club is in a run down strip mall, but I didn’t feel unsafe when I arrived at 11:30pm on a Saturday night. This was particularly because mine was the only car in the parking lot.

I decided to still give it a shot and walked in. Inside the entrance is a booth to pay the $20 cover charge. The girl working took my $ and waved me inside, I should have noted the big handwritten sign on the wall behind her noting “No Refunds”.

Once I entered I looked around, there was an empty stage in front of me, a couple of high top tables against the wall to my left and a bar beyond them.
