First time in Michigan

So I was on business in town, and decided to relax a bit in the evening. This is the only option in town, so off I went.

The location is not in the best part of town, but I never felt unsafe driving there. A good size parking lot to park is behind some barriers so it's relatively incognito. Upon entering I paid the $10 fee to get in. There is also a video store on premises but I didn't check it out. They did check my ID which is foreign so the guy didn't really know what to do with it, but luckily he let me inside. I got a wristband as well so I could order a drink.

Once inside the bar is on the left and a stage with two poles in the middle. Plenty of seating options at tables and on benches, and some seats at the bar where - at least this evening - everyone was congregating. This is clearly a locals place. The music was fairly loud and mostly a mix of pop and rock. Stage lighting was very good and bright enough, this is not a "dark" environment. The girls were mostly hanging out at the bar and some seemed disinterested. None approached me when I got a drink at the bar, and none were dancing when I sat down. From a "hotness" scale, it was average. Most were white, and a variety of body shapes.
