Good Value in the Tropics

Atmosphere is a dive bar feel right from the beginning. After paying a $10 cover, headed over to the bar and ordered a cocktail with decent liquor for $6.50. Not bad at all. Two bartenders working, so drinks came up pretty fast even with a fairly large crowd (this was a little after 10). Lots of girls working, with this review in mind I counted at least 25 over the 3 1/2+ hours I was there.

As many have noted, PT is a bikini bar. However, a dancer explained to me this is why the quality is high: most of the girls end up coming back or staying a while because they don't have to put up with the difficulties that come from a topless/full nude club. There were legitimately 8/10 dancers that I would have found attractive anywhere. Dancers are mostly white, with a few Latinas, mixed and black girls (+ one Asian girl).

Dances are $25 and there are 8-10 chairs in booths toward the back where private dances happen. In my experience, everything is above board, though several dancers will go a little further - discrete outside the pants stroking, allowing you to lick/kiss titties, etc. If you can, shoot for the two private booths directly behind the stage, as they offer the most privacy.
