This review will encompass a recent trip to La Zona with fellow monger, JustinYoo, over a 3 day excursion Monday through Wednesday in late February. Please refer to my recent review of HK for the first day of the trip and comparing Cascadas to Rizo.

After a delightful afternoon/early evening encounter with a smoking 22 year old at Hong Kong, I decided to join fellow monger JustingYoo for a visit to Bar Tropical. Located immediately across the street from Hong Kong and adjacent to Hotel Rizo de Oro, Bar Tropical offers a haven from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong to recover and often times find a gem in the rough. Up until this visit I have never pulled the trigger on a BT girl and unfortunately I won’t be able to include a successful arriba this time around either, but will come very close and more details to be shared below.
