Upstairs are private dances, depending on the girl she will allow you to touch her, but you are not “allowed”

Dancers will try to sell you the cabanas. That just a little more privacy away from the eyes of the bouncer. Here she will let you touch her, dances are more intimate. $400 for 30 min, $800 for an hour.
