Couple Review - Dream Girls, Lake Station

Northern Indiana - Club overview: Saturday night in January 2025, went as a couple. Shared parking with Déjà Vu Lake Station (the “upstairs” club). Didn’t realize there is more parking around the back, which is where the entrance to Dream Girls is. Arrived around 11:00pm, $10 per person cover from the Vu, with a handstamp you get into Dream Girls. No additional ID check, just a flash of the hand stamp. Dream Girls (“downstairs”) does not sell alcohol and does not allow indoor smoking. Basic setup - bar (serves non alcoholic beverages) by the entrance, clean restrooms along the wall, open seating area by the stage, one long stage with just a little bit of wrap-around on one side, so seating mainly on one side. Private dance booths along the other wall opposite the bar.

Stage overview / Dancers: When we arrived there were no dancers on the stage. They do have an electronic board showing the dancers and the set rotation. The 15 or so dancers were 1/3 white, 1/3 AfAm and 1/3 latina, most were medium build with a couple of thick Afam and very skinny AfAm. After about ten minutes a dancer got on stage, but the patrons were not tipping. In the total time we saw maybe 4 dancers on stage, all were topless but kept bottoms on during the dance. There were more dancers sitting in the back row of club, away from the patrons.

Dances: We got two dances during our visit. The first dance was from a latina, short and medium build. I had to approach her while she was sitting in the back. She was cool with a couples dance and told us all couple dances were in the VIP section. Normal cost (x2 for the couple aspect), so $40 without tip. Another club rule was couple dances were only topless, not fully nude like the private booth dances. The dance was unenthused but she was up front about allowing touching everywhere but the p.
