Consistently good times at Palomino

Made it to Vegas for my annual January pilgrimage to Vegas for one of its many conventions. As usual Palomino was on our short list of clubs to visit on our trip. Ended up going 2x Wed and Sunday evenings. Both visits were around 10pm to sometime after 2am. Wed night we got a 2 person package for $199. Came with half bottle of tequila (Don julio) and a pitcher of Mich Ultra (beer flavored water). It also secured us a table to use for the night. Sunday I went solo and was 50 or 60 for cover which included 2 drinks of my choice. I sat at the rail and enjoyed the show until my girl of choice came along.

Place was steady (not packed) with 30 some dancers and around the same # of PLs at any given time. Sunday was more busy than Wed but not by much. Only main stage was used back half of the club was pretty dead and there was only a handful of girls and PL at the bar hanging out upstairs. The free seating area around the main bar was packed both nights. Bathroom was clean but hardware there has been there for probably well over a decade maybe 2. Bottom bathroom has a troll that provides goodies (candy, mints, fragrance, etc) for tips. Top bathroom is hidden all the way to the right as you go up the stairs past the bar and the VIP area.

Floor dances are non existent at this club. You can do 3 songs for 100 15 min for $150 30 mins for 250 or 450 for an hour. Vip booths are well maintained, offer some privacy with a flimsy curtain, and dimly lit. Fantasy rooms are a lot more expensive, require mandatory booze purchase, but offer more privacy but are camera monitored. Personally I think the standard VIP experience is one of the best in Vegas at 250 for 30 mins no booze purchase required. The main issue i have is that you are chucking down a significant portion of your bankroll hoping that the dancer isn't a dud. 3 songs for 100 is pretty bad value, but will sometimes bite the bullet if I really want a test run on a dancer. Milage at palo can be fantastic or awful. Like most places not named Club 390 it really depends on the girl.
