Once, Twice, Three times a Lady!

MLK/Inauguration Day and thought I’d get my mind off all the bs and make a quick escape to this place. It has its moments where it can be fun, but sometimes the effort put in is too much. I’m really starting to think these girls prey on the simps, guys who come in desperately looking for attention. I feel a need to nearly beg for them to come by otherwise they’ll walk right pass you into the dressing room or go up against the wall scoping out for their next simp. Anyway, lots of older guys were getting dances as part of what I assume did regular status. One guy was clapping and standing up for his favorite, Teagan. I can respect that because it created a festive mood for her to smile broadly after pouncing off to VIP.

There is a soft hustler Lucy, whom made her rounds. I tipped her on stage and she never came by. Just straight to the dressing room and up against the wall until some new guy came in and sat with him for a bit, got no dances, and back to the dressing room. I finally got the attention of Alice. She’s pretty consistent and all natural, pretty girl. Had 3 dances which are quite standard for Bourbon street. Nothing but surface level chit chat so can’t say the conversation is worth sticking around. Sat back down to see if more talent would make their rounds.

I was there for about 30 minutes and the dancers were restarting their cycle of going on stage again, so I had seen them all. Kiera was a dancer I tipped and have never gotten any dances. Two in the back hoping it would get better. Chalk it up to maybe not being too familiar with each other, because just like Alice, there is a standard dance here that once you’ve had one they seem to be the same dance with a different body. I like the attentive bar service, as Jack and cokes were $12 plus tip. Yet, I’ve not felt the most welcoming experiences here from dancers. Girls are going through the motions, and are quite scripted. The $20/song vip dance would be worth it if anyone was to find something inspiring, but it just doesn’t happen to me. Better luck for the other guys. I spent $100 in lap dances and didn’t have any girl deserve a tip on top of that. I stage tipped about $10 and bought a round of drinks for total damage of $130 for an hour of so so fun. It was a Monday holiday day shift though.
