Went to Palomino on the Friday before Christmas. I wasn't expecting it to be that busy and I was right. Place was fairly dead for the size of the club. Club was fairly well maintained and clean. Apparently it's located in a sketchy part of town but I had no issues or concerns. I was there for quite sometime and saw over a hundred customers cycle in and out but there was never more than 30 customers at a time. Most of the seating was still reserved for people who purchased bottle service. Even if it was dead you were not allowed to sit at a table or booth with out bottle service. Only "free" seats were at the rail or 8 seats near the bar. Like all SC the lighting was poor and the music was too loud. I didn't find the DJ annoying. Dude just played music. No annoying call outs or anything. Honestly didn't pay attention to him.

The Dancers were gorgeous as expected. Nothing lower than a 7 and several 10's IMHO. Maybe about 30-35 girls. More than I expected considering how dead it was. In my experiance they were not that agressive at all. I expected them to be more agressive considering they're were so few customers. Girls were mostly white with some latina's and a couple black girls. Only 2 asians. Girls were all friendy for the most part. I didn't experiance any high pressure sales or anything although most girls asked for a tip after a LD.

Prices were a bit high. $66 for cover (Included 2 free drinks) was a tough pill to swallow. Bottles start at $200+. I didn't do any single song dances but I think it was $30 or $40 a song but not sure. I prefer longer dances so I mainly got 1/2 hour for $250 and 1 hour for $500 at the standard VIP booths. Palomino also has several "Fantasy" rooms, 2 of which are beds and the rest are couches. The rooms are large and have their own sound system so that you can choose your own music instead of listening to whatever the DJ is playing. They don't have doors but do have curtains for the "privacy". Fantasy rooms are only available for 1/2 hour and 1 hour blocks. You must purchase bottle service to get the room. For 1/2 hour I think the price was $500 + $200 minimum bottle. 1 hour was $1000 + $400 minimum bottle. They have a large variety of bottles available with prices ranging from $200 to $600+. The fact that the cost of the dance it self doubles with the fantasy room AND you had to buy a bottle was upsetting. I felt the booths were better bang for the buck. Bottle water was $10. I don't really drink alchol so I don't know how much other drinks were.
