A Little Side Trip

Was waiting out traffic with a coworker at Evas Cafe when I decided my time could be better spent. It was between Carls and Knockouts and since I’ve never been to Knockouts I decided it was the place. Especially since it was Wednesday and I’d read on here they have a dance special. My coworker made it clear he wasn’t leaving his seat so I told him to watch the car and I’d be back in an hour.

I walked to Knockouts and made my way inside. I thought I’d be hit with a cover but I wasn’t charged anything. Plenty of tvs (like a sports bar) with a stage in the middle with no dancer on it. I looked around the room and saw some girls staring back at me. I ended up at the bar and had a hispanic girl who said she was Cuban sit with me. Her face wasn’t bad but her body was just too big for me…even for the $10 dance special. But I figured I was there so I should take the plunge. She said it was $20 for a dance when I asked about going to the back. When I said what about the $10 dance special I got “no $20 papi”. I think she thought she was at Carls. I told her no and she took off.

I sat there drinking my beer for a good ten minutes before the next girl came over. Another Cuban on the bigger side. This one honored the $10 dance special. Did three with her where rubbing and touching was smiled upon.
