Beware da Po-lice
Stopped at Lido first but there was nothing good happening, so I left in under five minutes. Cheaters is at most two miles away, but the traffic was so stupid, seemed like it took half an hour, parking lot to parking lot. I might have missed my turn n had to double back. Annoying.
Anyway I noticed a cop car positioned nearby, stalking the parking lot. Obvious to the observant. Made a mental note to not buy any drinks or consume any alcohol. My vehicle was the most expensive one on the lot, so I understood if police were fishing for DUI's, they'd notice me before anyone else.
No cover during the day. Only four, five dancers. 15 patrons. Something was observably wrong with everyone there. Dancers, patrons and staff.
It was like 1998 time capsule. Three or four super senior citizens. Like in their 80's. The young bucks -guys in their forties and fifties- were dressed in clothes they purchased in their twenties and thirties. The dj was playing LL Cool J and Naughty by Nature. And Coolio.
It was intriguing.
