Someone take it out back already

It's almost impossible to overstate how far this club has fallen. I came in on a Saturday afternoon at a time when, in the old days, stars like Stephanie, Bunny, Babydoll, Laney, and the Brazilians were taking care of weekend golfers and other locals with regularity.

Today, they've all moved on. Dancers, customers, everyone except club management has turned over. I walked in as only the 2nd customer in the joint. I sit down, order my overpriced drink, and wait for a dancer. Wait being the operative word. It's a solid 20 mins before the DJ updates the board and calls up a dancer. She's blonde, kinda saggy, pushing 45 to 50, and just looks like she partied too hard in the 90s and it's catching up with her.

I asked if any other dancers were coming in or getting ready. Was told not until 5. I finished my drink and left. Unless that dancer morphs into prime era Monroe, there's no reason to stay here with one lone lady making the rounds.
