Mix of Girls, Can be Worth the Trip
This place is in rapidly gentrifying Ridgewood so who knows how much longer it’ll last. Pretty far from the subway so unless you’re good with the buses in Queens you’ll be driving or taking a cab. There’s a small parking lot right in front or you can try to find street parking. It’s about a mile or so east of Pumps, in case you want to shuttle between the two clubs.
Paid the cover when I got in, 20 on a Saturday. The bar is a large square, DJ booth on the right as you walk in, VIP space to the left. Private dance spaces to the back. It’s pretty well lit for a club. Drinks were what I’d call average Queens prices (around 10 bucks for a bottle or Corona). Bartenders were friendly enough.
Was a mix of girls when I was there. A few tatted white girls, a few black girls, a few Latinas. Honestly nice to see a mix, since most other clubs in this borough tend to be segregated in their talent. Two up at a time doing three song sets. As noted it’s a square bar so the stage is a big square behind the bar. Kind of like Sugar Daddy’s if you’re familiar. It also means you get a dollar parade after the girls are done dancing.
