Local Latina PHX club with zero English and Cuban dancers

This club is a Local Latina bar with a new name change Chi Chi? Though The sign still states T&A.

This was a daytime club weekday visit.

Honestly, a bit frustrating with construction along the route so only allowed one way traffic into the club. Parking to the rear and side for like 30 cars.
