Simple fun without burning a hole in your wallet!

I had Gold Room on my mind for several months now and finally got an opportunity to visit last Thursday. Mandatory valet parking for $6 and no street parking available. Upon entering at around 9:30 PM, they said cover was $10 but there is a free pass avlbl on their website and I was able to get in for free.

Coming to the layout, there is a long hallway and at the end you turn right to find the main floor. On the left is a slightly raised VIP area which has a bar of its own. The main bar is kind of hidden from view when you initially enter and its on the far right and there is no good view of the stage from there. The main stage has 2 poles and on this night it started with a single dancer on stage but quickly changed to one dancer on each pole. Most dancers went topless on stage. The lap dance area is common offering little privacy with partitioned seating. I think I counted about 20 seats.

There were about 10 girls when I entered with more pouring in and by the time I left at 11:30 there were more than 25. More people also started coming in and there was almost no seating available. I spent most of the time hanging just outside the lap dance room because from here you get a good view of the stage and you can also grab a dancer of your choice more easily as she walks out of the room.

While the club is very upscale, the lap dances are pretty low mileage. 4 of the 5 dancers i took to the back did not allow any touching on top. Bouncers do pop-in every now and then and ask folks groping to keep their hands down. Luckily my Polekatz experience has taught me on how to be discrete about this with the right girl. Also $10 lapdances on Thursdays allows you to try out several dancers without burning a hole in your wallet. I spent $50 on 4 different dancers before I found a petite woman with whom I did 8 straight dances.
