I was in downtown Philly recently so I popped into Delilah's to see what was going on. I got there at 7pm which is not a great time. Day girls left and the night shift hadn't started yet.

For those who don't know, Delilah's is a big club off Spring Garden Street. There is plenty of parking. The admission was $15 at that time. You need to go through a metal detector before entering the bar area. There are two bars that are connected by the stage. During the day only the back bar is open. At 7pm, it appears that they were just opening the front bar. There are two lap dance areas that cost $20 per song. Dancers keep track of the number of songs. Drinks aren't cheap. I believe it was $15 for my mixed drink. There are private room options that I haven't experienced yet.

There were about 10-15 patrons and about 6-7 dancers when I got there. By the time I left an hour or so later, the place was starting to fill up with more dancers and customers. Overall, the dancers are attractive and are primarily white. However, there are some black girls, some Russians/Ukranians, and a few latinas. You won't see any BBWs here.
