Empty Friday Night Experience
I went on a Friday night, thinking it would be busy and a good time. Sadly wasn’t the case. I should have realized when I pulled into the lot at 8:30 and there was only one other car parked out front what I was getting into.
I walked in and was stopped by the greeter. She asked if I had been before, so I said no. She broke down the prices: $15 cover, $20 a dance, VIP costs extra but ask the manager for pricing because it was dependent on time and where I wanted to be. I agreed, paid cover, and immediately the greeter stares me down, then points toward the tip jar. I have no problem tipping greeters, but the immediate finger pointing and smacking of gum for giving me a run down of the place irked me a bit. I gave $10 and she gave me a black koozie in return.
Went in, and was immediately deflated. There were three stages, one by the door, one on the right side and one in the back left. Back right was a whole segment carved out to VIP. There’s no one on the stages because the seven girls are sitting at tables and on their phones. I was shocked that it was a ghost town on a later Friday night.
All seven girls turned to me and asked if I wanted a dance at the same time. I said I was going to sit at the bar for a moment first, so one of the girls got up and took the nearest stage. The girls themselves ranged from average to absolute smokeshows, so I ordered a drink ($15) and sat down.
Two girls, both solid 9s, walk up and place their hands on each knee. I thought they were going to ask for a double dance, then quickly realized they were fighting for my attention. One started talking, and the other began to talk over her, leaning in and obscuring my view. The first girl left, and I felt bad for her, so I went to her table and asked for a dance. She was about 5’ 8” with heels, thin as a toothpick, yet had a nice pair of D’s and long black hair that ran down to the bottom of her back.
She popped up, asked if I wanted and dance on the floor or VIP, and I told her I wanted a few floor dances to start. She turns to the manager, yells “he wants VIP!” And the manager scrambles over. I tell him I wanted floor, and he presses me for VIP. I turn him down again, and the girl takes me to the floor chairs, which are just circular black futons pressed against the wall. I sit, and she climbs on me.
It becomes clear very quickly that she’s no longer interested in dancing because I didn’t do VIP, and gave me the slowest, most half-hearted dance while the other dancers sit, watch, and comment in spanish. It completely took me out of the mood, and I couldn't even enjoy the sight of this beautiful woman in front of me anymore. The dance ended, I paid $40 (I still like to be nice in tipping), got up, and left.
On my way out, greeter says “see you again tomorrow!” And I think “never again, actually” as I throw the koozie in the outdoor trash can.
So, to recap: girls are a solid mix of average and ridiculously hot, but the overall atmosphere was terrible. From the moment I was greeted, to the empty space and lack of care about anything, to the push for VIP, to the lazy and awkward dance, it was far from a great experience. Even though i was planning to spend up to $400, the $80 i spent already felt like waste.
This was close to where I was staying, but next time I’ll just drive the extra time to one of the other two clubs instead.
