weekend visit with a nice suprise

Have not been to Dreamgirls at Ricks in many months and was ready for another visit to see if it was any better than the ok time previously. Paid the $27 cover on a Saturday night. Not sure if its any cheaper on a weekday or not as I typically go on weekend nights. Still think its too expensive.

I immediately noticed a nice change to my immediate right as they now serve alcohol. Finally you can go to a Seattle strip club and have a drink as well. Made my way up to the bar area and ordered my beer. $10 for a Coors LIght. I expected that. I heard the guy behind me order a Jack & Coke and heard $10 for that as well. Not sure if everything is $10 or if there are different prices.

Made my way to a nice comfy seat which is one of the reasons I like to go this club. I can sit, relax and now enjoy my beer and watch beautiful women. What could be better. This night was not bad. Probably 20 dancers or so at 10 pm. Watched for a while with several asking if I was ready for a dance and appreciate the no attitude if you turn them down like other clubs in this city. Was finally ready for a dance and made my way back to the VIP area where they have moved seats around a bit and seems way more open than the last time I visited. Maybe because of alcohol they want to keep an eye on things easier. Had a decent 3 song dance for $100. Dancers were definitely not as good as previous as it sounds like the new alcohol rules limit some things. May be just with this dancer but was ok with that. Made my way back out the floor, watched a few more stages, then sat at the tip rail for 20 min and called it a night. Left about 11:30 with the club not very busy but ok. I think once word gets out that you can now have alcohol things might pick up. Overall, a decent night and will go back.
