I went to Rick’s Cabaret on a Tuesday night at 21:10. This club was known as PT’s Showclub for many years before being purchased by Rick’s Cabaret in 2022. Upon entering, the bouncer and the floor manager introduced themselves and shook my hand. There was a scaled cover charge. The cover charge was $10 from 20:00 to 23:00. Before 20:00, the cover was $8. From 23:00 to close, the cover was $12. A bottle of Sincweiser was $8. Sometimes, the waitresses gave me $2 bills in change, hoping this would get them a $2 tip instead of a $1 tip. The ATM has a maximum withdrawal of $300 and charges a $10 fee per transaction.

The club is two stories and twenty thousand square feet. There are three stages, but only the large main stage was in use during my visit. Dancers did three song sets on the main stage. I noticed at least a half dozen guys making it rain on stage for their favorite dancers. This seemed to be “a thing” at Rick’s. Lots of dollars ended up on the floor.

The strong suit of this establishment was its dancers. The average beauty was higher than most strip clubs I have visited this calendar year. Most dancers were Caucasian, but all other ethnicities were represented. Most dancers were in shape. I only saw one porker. I counted ten dancers on the shift.
