Better than previous visits.

The Avenues is located on Michigan Avenue in a store front. The Michigan Avenue entrance is seldom used. The main entrance is in the back of the building, facing the Amtrak Station. There is a small parking lot behind the club at the main entrance and additional parking is available on the street. The area features old buildings and a train station but it feels safe. You enter through a hallway with the men's room on the right in the hall way. You enter the main part of the club through a metal detector that goes off with nearly every customer, but no-one seems to check for weapons. The club has a bar on the left, a pool table towards the Michigan Avenue side of the club, a stage (with poles, a ring and some silks) and a number of small tables around the stage. Drinks are reasonably priced for a strip club as in $5 for a domestic beer.

The private dance area is located down a steep and treacherous set of stairs to a basement that has a number of small, semi private love seats and two larger private VIP areas. Access to the private dance area costs $5 to the bar, payable to the bar tender or to a downstairs attendant (during the evening). Dances cost $20 per song. To my surprise some of the dancers offered nude dances at a slight upcharge. The private dance cubicles are reasonably private and in my experience they are not monitored by the downstairs attendant or by video. If the downstairs dance area is not busy, even the cubicles provide pretty good privacy. I had private dances with three different dancers, two of whom provided pretty good two way contact and two of the dancers performed nude. I didn't pull the trigger but I was offered extras in the more private VIP rooms for a reasonable price.

I've been here previously, mostly during the afternoon, and the talent was spotty in previous visits. This evening, the talent was better with about half of the ten dancers being reasonably attractive. Three of the AA dancers had nice bodies, including Dior and Sasha and one other dancer whose name I didn't get.
