Good visit to Paradise

After a disappointing visit to the House of Lancaster Two, I continued my walk down Bloor to the other club I had seen on my trip into town, Club Paradise.

From the outside it looks like a generic bar, on a corner with grey/beige paint job and an awning which reads "Club Paradise" repeatedly. After my first stop, my hopes were not high.

I was pleasantly surprised - glass doors with a little entrance, with big chairs and a stairway going up that was blocked for the night. A man in a suit came out and asked for my ID and a $5 cover charge (I had hoped the late hour would spare me, but alas), then opened the second set of doors to usher me in.
