Return to Gold Club Centerfolds

I visited Gold Club Centerfolds in Rancho Cordova on Saturday evening September 21, 2024 between about 8:15 and 9:30. The club is on Folsom east of Sunrise and actually up against the highway 50 freeway. It is in a warehouse type building in a commercial/industrial area. The club building is back from the street behind another building that is a boat dealer. There is quite a bit of free self parking although it was getting filled up this busy Saturday. There were a couple of guys outside the door perhaps watching the parking since they didn’t seem to be doing any other security function. The club also operates an adult store in the same building. I have been here once before about 2 years ago.

Entering paid at a counter a cover of $35. This is the rate for Friday and Saturday after 7pm, most other times it’s around $20. They were having a porn star giving shows later in the evening but there was no extra charge for this. I didn’t stay for those shows. I was given a wrist band. Entering to the right is the non-alcohol bar. Fountain soft drinks are included in the cover price with a few other bottled drinks at modest prices. Menu lists drinks for dancers at $5 but there was no pressure to buy those. There is a waitress who circulates. They also have food, menus for which were on the tables. This night they were promoting Saturday Sushi.

Opposite the bar is the main room. There are two stages at opposite ends of the rectangular space, thrusting out from the end walls, with 2 poles each side by side. Only one stage in use while I was there but they were probably about to activate the second one. Rows of chairs at the edge of each stage. Much of the rest of the space filled with small tables mostly with 4 chairs. Customers were rather few when I got there but by the time I left the place was rapidly filling up. There are some colored lights. There were half a dozen screens showing sports and in one case local news.
