A Monday Night Football Meh

Went to TD’s North this Monday night just to get a couple of beers, watch the game, and hopefully get a few dances. I was thinking maybe it was going to be a somewhat busy night with the game and also the state fair going on since a lot of bull riders from the rodeos flock in. As I drove up to the club I could already tell this was going to be a lackluster evening due to half empty parking lot.

As I was walking in there were a few dancers leaving for the evening and it was not even 9:00 which was another red flag that my visit was going to be less than stellar. Did the usual wand down and paid the $10 dollar cover and off I go. Did not take long to find a table as the place was not even half empty. A few customers sitting at tables or at the bar watching the Jets getting handed their first of many Ls of the season.

Getting a drink didn’t take long a drink as waitress walked up to my table as I sat down just off the side of the main stage not too far from the DJ booth. Probably the most consistent thing this place has had is the great quality in customer service from the waiting staff and the bouncers. Everyone is super attentive and nice to talk to. After 5 minutes my waitress was already back with my beer. The quality of dancers was another story.
